About Steve

Steve has a passion for change, which ultimately drove him from technology start-ups into C level strategic positions in public companies. Most recently he led a significant corporate transformation, increasing the company’s market capitalization from $7B to $20B. He also actively works with technology start-ups, serving as an Executive-in-Residence of Plug and Play accelerator, and as a Sky Advisor with Berkeley’s Skydeck accelerator.

Steve combines his strengths in change management and strategy with excellent communication skills, honed through years of CEO, investor, and employee communications, CEO chief of staff, and company level marketing roles. Steve has also been recognized for his creativity.

Steve is now offering leaders access to an objective executive that has been there and done that while infusing the latest best practices for change management, and creative solutions to each unique customer challenge.

Naresh has lived a multicultural lifestyle in 4 countries as an executive with global players like IBM, Philips, Cisco, and Silicon Valley startups. Throughout his career Naresh has focused on building transformational ventures as an engine for future growth. The one common theme was navigating change - ambiguity, uncertainty, and complexity -  both at the business and people level.

Naresh now channels his career experience into advising and coaching clients who are going through change. He passionately believes that the more successful companies will transform their cultures to master ‘the art of change’ as a core capability.
